Jamboree
Plaça Reial 17, jazz until about 1am followed by hip-hop, always popular and packed.


La Macarena
c/ Nou de Sant Francesc 5, a small dark dancefloor of a bar that hosts different DJs every night spinning house and dance, opens at 23:00.

Maremagnum
located on the man-made peninsula at the bottom of Las Ramblas, it is a shopping mall during the day, but caters to a (very) young crowd at night boasting row upon row of disco-bars of every possible theme, tacky but lively.

Brigadun
c/ Brosolí 4, a bar with a dancefloor located in the busy Born neighborhood.

Magic
Paseo de Picasso 40, dance to live pop and rock music.

Gràcia

Otto Zutz
c/ Lincoln 15, admission charge can be steep but this is one of the most packed large dance clubs in town with several floors of music.

Teatreneu Jazz Club
c/ Terol 26, live music venue and dance club later in the night.

Zimbabwe
c/ Mozart 13, small reggae bar in the heart of Gràcia.

L'Eixample

242 Industrial Club
c/ Entença 35, industrial sound and a goth atmosphere.

Antilla
c/ Aragó 141, Latin and salsa dance club hosting free Tango classes Tuesdays after 11pm.

Atxé
c/ Provença 43, a salsa dance bar.

Bikini
Deu i Mata 105, one of the most popular venues for concerts and live performances, also disco and Carribean music, opens at midnight.

Cómico Cómico
c/ Aribau 87, a disco that also puts on a comedy routine many nights (performed in Spanish, of course!).

Cova del Drac Jazzroom
c/ Vallmajor 33, a simply decorated jazz and dance club with live performances earlier in the evening.

Joy's
c/ Rocafort 231, mixed crowd, cabaret, drag shows, and dancing.

Pachá
Avenida Doctor Marañon 17, located up in Sarria this is one of the most well known names in clubs, and like its sister clubs in other cities it caters to a preppier crowd.

Quinta Avenida
c/ Tarragona 141, playing everything from salsa to 80s music and karaoke.

Salvation
Ronda San Pere 19, house music and go-go performances frequented by a primarily gay and international crowd.

Tunel
c/ Aribau, jam packed with a youngish crowd, playing all the top Spanish hits late into the night.


Poble Nou

Garatge Club
c/ Pallars 195, live concerts four nights a week, disco later in the night, specializing in indie music.

Razzmatazz
c/ Almogàvers 122, one of the biggest and most popular clubs in the city with different rooms for different types of music (and different entrances, pay attention!), hosts many of the city's concerts as well, house and electronica Fridays and Saturdays after 1am, admission varies by night.

Puerto Olimpico
located just beyond Barceloneta at the feet of the Mapfre Towers (not quite all the way to Poble Nou), at night music spills out onto the boardwalk from a wide array of disco-bars with every possible theme, tacky but fun.


El Raval

Japan
Avenida Paralel 37, the electro-pop and electro-techno on Friday nights is particularly strong.

La Paloma
